Fitness Class Descriptions

ADVANCED RESISTANCE TRAINING ($200 registration fee)
Looking to push your resistance training to the next level? This class will benefit those who have a strong resistance training background and want to push themselves. Participants should possess a good foundation in the main lifts.

INTRO TO RESISTANCE TRAINING
Intro to resistance training will help those looking to increase their confidence and understanding of the main movements (squats, deadlifts, pull ups). 

OLYMPIC TRAINING ($200 registration fee)
This class will cover the foundations of olympic lifting, primarily the clean but will also touch on the jerk and snatch movements. Participants will need a strong foundation in resistance training prior to taking this class.

PILATES FLOW
Pilates Flow will help ease chronic muscle pain or tension, increase energy, and bring balance and momentum to your body. The functional strength elements help to improve posture by strengthening the core and back while keeping your body aligned.

POWER PILATES
Needing that extra boost to get through the mid-week stretch? Strength and stabilize the mind and body with a Power Yoga class that will help you tone, sculpt, and recharge to tackle the rest of your week with confidence.

STRENGTH CIRCUIT
Strength HIIT is a challenging circuit of different resistance exercises meant to help you improve your strength while gaining core stability, balance & coordination. All fitness levels are welcome to join & learn different ways to use equipment in the movement studio. Circuit training is a station-oriented workout. 

YOGA
Learn and grow together in this All-Levels Yoga class. Movements are adapted to enhance the experience of the yoga practice for each student, from beginner to advanced. This class is focused on breath and body awareness, building strength, balance and self-care. Amanda's peaceful and playful presence will allow you to be guided into relaxation, to release any stress, and to refresh.

ZUMBA
Zumba is a high-energy dance fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves to create a fun, engaging workout. It's designed for people of all fitness levels and ages, focusing on cardio and core strengthening while making exercise feel like a party. Come to Zumba to find an enjoyable way to stay active, meet new people, and improve your overall fitness.
